The annual GPF account statements for the financial year 2019-20 of the Himachal government employees have been uploaded on the state government’s website (www.himkosh.nic.in) for respective drawing and disbursing officers for distribution amongst the subscribers working under them.
A Spokesperson of the Accountant General office said here today that the DDOs will have to follow the procedure for downloading the GPF statement in bulk. They will have to click on the Himkosh link on the state government website and thereafter fill the column treasury code, DDOs code and password.
The subscribers can obtain their annual GPF account statement from the respective drawing and disbursing officer and examine it thoroughly for their satisfaction. They should confirm that the balance shown is correct and in case of any discrepancy, they can point it out to the office of the Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla online in complaint/suggestion box or through E-mail at [email protected] or by making correspondence.
He said that the subscribers can also see their GPF statement on website www.aghp.cag.gov.in.
