Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has appreciated the feat of Devika, a young school girl hailing from Kerala, who shot into fame when her video of singing Himachali song ‘Chamba kitne ke dur’ under the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ campaign went viral on social media.
Chief Minister said that Devika has won the hearts of lakhs of Himachalis by rendering her melodious voice. He wished Devika a very bright and glorious future.
Chief Minister also invited Devika to visit Himachal Pradesh to have a closer look at the culture and heritage of the ‘Dev Bhoomi’.
