CM expresses grief over demise of senior journalist Ashwini Kumar Chopra

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has expressed grief over the death of senior journalist and resident editor, Punjab Kesari Delhi  and former BJP MP Ashwini Kumar Chopra, who passed away at a private hospital in Gurgaon on Saturday, after a prolonged illness. He was 63 years old.

Chief Minister, in his condolence message, termed passing away of Ashwini Kumar Chopra as a great loss to the journalistic fraternity as he was a distinguished editor, besides the social worker and a parliamentarian.

Jai Ram Thakur prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and to give strength to the bereaved family members to bear the irreparable loss.
