Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today greeted President Ram Nath Kovind on his birthday.
The Chief Minister said that Ram Nath Kovind is always sympathetic towards empowerment of the poor and downtrodden sections of the society and the nation is benefitting immensely through his vast knowledge and experience.
Jai Ram Thakur wished the President a long and healthy life.
