Keeping in view the confirmation of one COVID-19 positive case in the state secretariat, the state government has made it mandatory for the officials of different departments to carry valid identity proof issued by their departments while entering the secretariat.
A Spokesperson of the state government said here today that as per the instructions issued on 23 July 2020, only those non-officials are being allowed to enter secretariat, who have the valid entry pass issued from the secretariat reception. The officers and officials of respective departments who have to visit secretariat in connection with official meetings to attend video conferencing and other engagements will have to carry their departmental identity proof.
